Directions for Use in Sink Compartments or Soak Tanks Start with a clean sink or soak tank and close the drain. Hook the Liquid Carbon Build-Up Remover support basket over the edge of the sink or soak tank. Do not use the product without the Liquid Carbon Build-Up Remover support basket. Place the Liquid Carbon Build-Up Remover product container in the basket with product discharge spout pointed into the sink or soak tank. With the water supply turned off , connect the water hose to the product container. Set the control knob on the RTD® dispenser to the High Flow position and fill the sink or soak tank to the proper lever. Place precautionary placard on the sink or soak tank while in use Submerge pans and trays (do not nest) in the sink or soak tank overnight (or for at least 12 hours). Some heavily soiled pans and trays may require a longer or second soaking. Remove pans and trays from solution. Scrub and rinse with potable water Wash the pans and trays in three compartment sink or dishmachine prior to reuse If using a sink, drain and clean the sink before reuse. If using a soak tank, empty and recharge soak tank with a new solution once a week. The solution is effective for fourteen (12-hour) soak cycles Do not use this product on copper or brass |
